The Shoot – BRICKOVEN Media was asked to cover an event put on by Thornley Groves and Julien Wadden, which was directed towards landlords in Greater Manchester. This allowed the event organisers to share the footage of the landlord conference with the attendees after the event had taken place. We were able to produce a video from a full day’s worth of filming and condense it into a jammed-pack informative reel. We also produced a taster video of the day and filmed an intimate interview with the guest speaker at the event.

Who are Thornley Groves? – ‘Established in 1991 from a single estate agency branch in Altrincham, today Thornley Groves has 10 offices and employs over 150 staff. In 2021 we sold £190m of property and let over 1,900 properties. Our team now manage more than 4,000 houses and apartments for Landlords across North, South and Central Manchester’.

Who are Julien Wadden? – ‘Julian Wadden acquires the lettings business of Harvey Scott in Bollington, a well-respected name in the Bollington & Macclesfield property market for nearly 20 years.
The acquisition injects around 200 properties into our portfolio, strengthening the position of Julian Wadden, as the leading Lettings Agent in South Manchester’.
